We understand that sometimes things don’t go as smoothly as planned, and that’s why we’re here to help. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we receive.

Our Standard Delivery time in the UK is between 3-5 working days. If you simply can’t wait that long to get your hands on the goods, we’re also pleased to be able to offer a Next Working Day shipping service.

Missing Items: Please get in touch with us at info@littlecompany.co if your parcel hasn’t arrived with you for any reason.

Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item by mistake, we want to put this right. Email us at info@littlecompany.co and our Customer Care team will get right on it.

Damaged/Faulty Items: We take pride in ensuring our parcels reach you safely and securely. If you receive something that may have been damaged in transit, please email us at info@littlecompany.co and attach images to support your query.

We currently ship to Great Britain and Northern Ireland but we are looking at shipping further soon.

How do I return an Item?
Of course, we hope that you really love our products. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an order to us.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, or it’s simply not right for you, then we are happy to offer a ‘no quibble’ returns policy for any unwanted good/s purchased from us in the last 30 days (from date of delivery) for a full refund.

The delivery cost is covered by you, the customer.

Please keep the item in its original condition until you have decided whether you wish to keep it or not.

Start Your Return
Returning an item to us is as easy as 1,2,3. Simply email your return request to us at info@littlecompany.co along with any supporting photographs if necessary.

We’ll pop you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of email confirmation for your refund to clear from your method of payment.

I’ve received a damaged or faulty item
Quality is our top priority so we’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty or damaged item. We want to put this right for you as quickly and easily as possible. Simply email us at info@littlecompany.co to tell us about the damage/fault, including supporting photographs, and we will get right on it.

We accept Klarna, Clearpay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay.
